Actually the cheeks, lips and especially the nose are exactly the same...
The only difference I can see is in the eyebrows - Lilianes being more rounded/curved - where as Holly's are more pointed/bent.

Obviously their not an 'exact' clone of eachother - but I'd say this would have to be the best lookalike I've seen of any porn star looking like a celeb.

P.S- By the way, I think your over analyses of the cheeks, lips and nose comes from a slight change in camera angle and a difference in facial expression. Holly is smirking, Liliane is giving a sulky sexy dirty look.
