got it - that might be a nice detail to add on the ID section for clarification. i was stumped for a while especially after John_8581 discouraged me from using imgur to link photos...
John was right. Imgur is a piece of shit.
Imgur, on two separate occasions, banned FreeOnes, because their bandwidth was being overloaded. Once they upgraded their servers, which took years, FreeOnes was then un-banned. Due to Imgur being so popular, it's only a matter of time, before the same shit happens. Also, they have gone back and forth on their rules about nudity/porn, so all in all, Imgur just isn't worth the trouble.
Anyhow, good hosts come and go. The few that have stood the test of time usually develop some issues: spam, adware, malware, lag times, etc.
Due to all this, I routinely switch hosts. My current list is:
PiXhost,
FreeImage,
Pimp&Host,
ImageCrack,
PICunt,
UploadHouse
I want my host(s) of choice to have a large size limit and
MUST allow hotlinking (most allow it, but some don't). I also want hosts that allow WEBP images, but for some reason, I've only been able to find one, FreeImage.
