Help to ID these women please.

I have been looking high and low for help any hints or help would mean a lot.
I have only found their first name so all help would be appreciated.
Myriam is from the french magazine newlook.

For the third girl "Diana" I found nothing except that the picture is taken from the magazine: Silwa - rasiert 26 (2007)
