:shock: Ehhh?? Yes that is Jeanna Fine with Devon and Tony Tedeschi (like we cared about him anyways) , because I own that movie. It is titled "On the Street".
vidcaps here (mins 32 to 36..its a really short scene, next to a limo. BTW the screenshots aren't in full secuence, you may notice they start again from min 0:00 showing different frames after the middle of the picture ).
