Tineye comes back with sixteen results when you put the picture into their reverse image search engine. Images are mainly showing up on a Romanian website about psychology. Most links are two or three years old. One goes back to 2009. That tells you it is old. The one linking to www.thesun.co.uk leads nowhere.
