Help finding name to movie

I saw a movie from the nineties that revolved around a magic mirror. Whenever someone looked into the mirror they were able to change their appearance. Sadly, I'm only positive that it starred Randy West, and do not know the female stars names. If anyone could help identify this movie I would greatly appreciate it.

Thats not the one. But thanks. In it, the mirror gets broken and West is stuck as a female.
