Rockstar been working on Grandtheft 5 for awhile now shooting for 2010. I think the setting is gonna be a foreign country this time. They havent done that yet and that setting always gets speculated upon every time the first rumors start to leak about a new GTA.
I think England or Italy or somewhere like that in present time. I hope they dont get brave with a retro 1950's setting or some **** and disappoint fans. That would be similar to the red flags that get thrown up with the announcment of another Call of duty game set in World War2.
