Why can't I open sombody elses posted .JPG?

What is the deal with the links that start with wtfwtfwtfwtf? And why can't I see them

I dont know what you mean with question #1
...Attachments maybe? They have to get approved by a moderator first.

#2 This means that it's a link to a banned site (another forum / uploaded (copyrighted) content / etc.)

The picture has to be approved before it can be seen. After it is approved, it will be displayed. You won't have to open it.
