I'm giving a grade to 2013 porn: C-. I just wasn't impressed this year. Although I did have some material to keep me busy, the lack of quality visuals left me way under my career spanking average. Mainly 2 reasons for my dissatisfaction with the past year in porn: 1. All of the models that I would consider fucking in real life either put out way less content or retired, and only 1 or 2 progressed into harder stuff; 2. The models that stepped up to fill the vets' shoes... well, they're collectively just not as hot. Overall, porn stock plummeted, IMO. There you have it, short and sweet... unlike the painfully dry and dredging 2013 porn supply. Now, let's hear from you. Please let us all know how you graded jerking it in 2013.

I'd give it an A. I've really enjoyed the year in porn and the new generation of stars is really appealing to me. The future looks bright!
I've gotten more into porn this year as there has been an abundance of free/cheap content and I've had more memberships even if they were only for spells. In general it's kind of hard to give it a grade though because these things happened :

Although without trawling through every site to remember what I watched was from this year and what was older, off the top of my head, ZZ released a couple of my favourite scenes of all time (usually involving multiple girls) so if push comes to shove...... B. Mostly par for the course, but with some exceptional stuff to drag it above "average porn year." It lacked the one key ingredient that would produce an "A" - a new performer coming along who I instantly fell for in terms of her look and her performance, who then knocked my socks off with a lot of great scenes. That didn't happen to me this year, like it did last year, with a fairly divisive talent, now retired.

- Some girls that I love sadly retired or went off on mat leave....
- ....... but one or two came back!

i think its been a good year, i have enjoyed my porn a lot more in 2013 than in previous years, discovered new stars like AJ Applegate, Cherry Kiss and Bailey Blue and there has been some great DP scenes released from most major studios which makes me positive for the year ahead. I would give it a B+
Maybe my standards are too high. I like my pornstars as hot or hotter than the women I fuck in real life and there were way fewer stars and scenes with such models in 2013... according to my tastes. Example: Priya Rai, Sunny Leone, Amber Easton all permanently quit the biz. Yurizan Beltran got new tits but then stopped doing anal and cut way back on quantity. Adrianna Luna mostly did lez and certainly did not progress. I can't name a single new model that can make up for what was lost from that crew's lack of content. I think piracy has hurt the studios big time and they just can't afford to hire the hotties anymore. And no offence, DP, but noone on the list you provided gets me even close to hard. But hey I wanted everyone else's opinions on the year. Just expounding on my own some more.

Same here. I don't know how I didn't know about this, seeing as I was very high on Paige at the beginning of the year when she was still active. I actually like her as a blonde, believe it or not. It's a shame that ass is gone so soon lol.
As a viewer, I felt is was a B year. I'm always interested in seeing the latest, greatest stars. I felt 2013 was a down year for new, A+ starlets. So few stand out. Noelle Easton would be one of the few who were great and have staying power. But regarding content, it was an outstanding year. Many performers trying new and erotic things. That certainly peaked my interest. I was impressed with the amateur side as well. Lots of great, new material out there. I'm a "facial" guy and I thought 2013 has some of the best facials I've ever seen. I'm not talking crazy bukakke stuff. I can't ever remember so many ladies getting into it. They seemed to be having so much fun, or at least acting like it. So, it's a B grade from Scoot. If we're talking OCSM here at Freeones, It was an A+.
