I think it's the same guy, only this time he knows that he'll get banned fairly soon, so he's doing away with any niceties he would otherwise display. If you remember he had yet another short-lived incarnation a few months ago. I can't remember what it was, but it was only about 9 posts long. We'll see what his next incarnation's like.
