The scene in "Unforgiven" where Clint (William Munny) goes to the saloon at the end and shoots all the ass-holes.

Little Bill: "You just shot an un-armed man!!"
Will Munny: "Well he should've armed himself, if he's gonna' decorate his store with my friend".

I always liked the scene where he fights all the Smiths in the 2nd Matrix movie, especially the "sticking it to them" part as well.

O and the ending of Blade Runner, - "Time to die" "Tannhauser Gate" scene.
