Maredous, not to be a dick or anything, but what's your big problem with bumping threads? Sure they aren't supposed to be bumped more than once per day, but why are you the bump police?

because i don't memorize the name of each thread, and when i go through each thread i get sick of seeing the same thread over and over several times a day. i believe most people who do a lot of id's look at every thread in this section so there's really no need for any thread to be bumped more than once or twice a day just to keep it near the top of the section. besides that i don't see the point in several people bumping a thread within minutes of each other.
i'm really not trying to be some wannabe mod twat weilding an imaginary bump hammer. hell i'm not even the only poster who tries to help in this way.
in addition to that it seems that most of the posters who constantly bump their own threads just don't know that it's not kosher and typically cut it down to once a day. i doubt that i'm the only person who finds it annoying seeing posters who's sole purpose and contribution to the board is to bump other peoples threads.
