The pitfalls of posting someone else's link. It would've worked to begin with, but not anymore. Not to mention that some people still couldn't see it even if it was still working cos it needs a Reddit login first.
When possible, always take a backup of it in case it does get deleted if you truly want to know who it is. This is also why it's useful to take a screenshot and post it alongside a video clip as it is a fallback both to you and anyone else viewing the thread. Now you've got the job of trying to find it again elsewhere or trying to get someone to ID for you from your description alone!
And aside from all that, at least check the link still works before you bump a thread!
