Congrats to Gov-elect's Northam in VA and Murphy in NJ.

Congrats to Danica Roem, the first transgender elected official in the U.S, in defeating Bob Marshall, who was the most anti-LGBTQ politician in the country and the author of an anti-trans bathroom bill.

The votes are still coming in and it's possible the Democrats could flip the VA House of Delegates. Was watching Larry Sabato and he said that they could end up with a 50-50 split or even a majority by 1-2 seats. Results still coming in

that's the thing, the GOP didn't "lose big." Other than Florida, those are all states that Trump lost. Is it a bellwether for 2018? Maybe. If the republicans lose their majorities in congress they certainly deserve it.
