If this is a plan to be able to have survelliance on everyone it is extremely flawed.

No one who has one of the newer TV's needs one of those boxes and no one who even has an old TV but gets signal from cable or Dish TV needs one eithier.

I guess they must just want to monitor all the old hold outs who refuse to buy a newer TV or get cable or Dish.Gotta watch those old folks with the roof top antennas.:rofl::crash:
