Girls in strip poker video games of the 80s "Hollywood Poker" and "Hollywood Poker Pro"

Can you help me identify the girls in Hollywood Poker and Hollywood Poker Pro, two video games of the eighties?

They are probably German, because these games are German.

Each girl is given a name in the game, but it may not be their real first name. In Hollywood Poker, it is mentioned in the first picture of each girl, and in Hollywood Poker Pro in the fourth picture that gathers portraits of each girl.

In order of appearance under the links above, the girls in Hollywood Poker are Isabell, Lorence, Denise and Stephanie, and the girls in Hollywood Poker Pro are Myriam, Birgit, Frances and Ines.

I have found three additional images of Ines, my favourite!

I forgot to add that these games were published in 1987 and 1989 respectively, so these models must be born some time around the sixties.
