What do you mean? What are you going to use it for? A gif´s file size will increase the more frames you put in it so if there´s some sort of file size limit where you´re going to use it (as an avatar on a forum for example) you first need to know what that limit is. You could always decrease the file size by changing the output settings but then the image quality will decrease as well.
