I bought it. It downloaded in mp4 format, and windows xp won't play it, and says it can't recognize the format. Any ideas on how to convert it to something else, so I can watch it, and save it to a disc?

Hmm, could be a codec issue. I will get someone on the case and get back to you shortly. If you really want to give it a go while you wait, you can try opening it in VCL media player. It sounds like you don't have the mp4 codec for some reason though. You can also try QuickTime video player. Both free!

I know XP windows movie maker HATES mp4s, but since that seems to be the file everything is going towards, we should try and figure this one out.

OK, turns out XP doesn't even have a built in mp4 player as I recall with my issue with trying to edit mp4s in Windows Movie Maker.

Definitely give Quicktime and VCL a try. They have mp4 support, XP's windows media play does not, unless you pump it full of codecs, I believe.
