FreeOnes 2 DVD

I recently got my FreeOnes 1 DVd and it plays fine. That said, I did get the FreeOnes 2 DVd a few months ago and it didn't play. I figured it was a European/US conversion thingy and didn't say anything.

I got the FreeOnes 1 DVD, despite the technical issue because I want to get them all.

Can I send back the 2 DVD for a replacement copy?
