You know all those sites that purport to let you get free content but require that you verify your age via a valid credit card number. Has anyone tried this? On one hand it seems legit because the public outrage would be huge if they then charged you (and maybe in legally bad waters). On the other, it seems too good to be true and a credit card to anyone online you don't know is a risk.
