Any ideas who this could be? The director/cameraman calls her "angel" during the scene but I don't know if that's supposed to be her name. I got the screencaps from a video called "eastcoast1b.mpg" that I've had since the late nineties, the date on the file is 1999 so it's defnintely not newer than that.
The language spoken in the video is American Engish and the girl has a small tattoo on her right tit.
