Vandals who call themselves “Some Feminists” splashed gray paint on a mural of pin-up icon Bettie Page that adorns the side of a Seattle home.
The Bettie Page House has been a fixture of the Ravenna neighborhood for the last decade but apparently someone thought the painting, which shows a smiling Page in stockings and underwear, was disrespectful.
The vandals threw paint on Page’s legs and stomach and wrote “Stop exploiting women’s bodies.”
They attributed their work to “Some Feminists.”
