[SUGGEST SCENE] Female secret agent (undercover) having sex with suspects / bad guys

I am looking for a particular movie, but would also be grateful for any recommendations on the same subject. The movie in question was aired on XXL about 16-17 years ago and it was already retro, so it's probably something from the mid/late 90's. Main actress was a busty blonde secret agent who would hook up with a great variety of suspects (as part of her mission of course) and there was a colleague of hers who had the hots for her but she wal always turning him down. So that is pretty much it - pretty girl working undercover , banging suspects while being undercover and eventually puting them in prison in the end , or killing them, or they kill her if find out what she really is about.
