Fauci confronts Rand Paul over murder plot

Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) has accused Dr. Anthony Fauci of being responsible for over 800,000 US deaths from the coronavirus. The Biden administration’s covid czar said Paul’s criticism put his life in danger.

The latest clash between Paul and Fauci came on Tuesday at the Senate Health Committee hearing on the US response to Covid-19 variants.

At one point, President Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser held up a printout of a page on the Kentucky senator’s website, with a “Fire Dr. Fauci” banner, to claim that such rhetoric inspired a California man arrested last month for allegedly plotting to murder him. The man, arrested in Iowa on December 21, had an AR-15 rifle and multiple magazines, and told police he was driving to Washington, DC to kill Fauci, the doctor told senators.

“You are making a catastrophic epidemic for your political gain,” Fauci told Paul.

Of course Paul is doing it for political gain. And Money. After all, he is a Trumpista.
Good point. As well as Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz and almost all the Republicans in the Congress.

How does Senator Rand Paul justify Dr. Fauci's time as President Trump's medical czar? Because we all know that the Covid-19 deaths started under the Trump Administration. With the ex-President's lies, half-truths and misinformation.

More to wet your whistle ...

Fauci’s response to Senator Marshall’s question about his financial disclosures was even better: “You are so misinformed that it’s extraordinary.”

Then his mic moment: “What a moron. Jesus Christ.”

Senator Marshall needs his staffers to write up better questions or perform more thorough research. The Kansas Senator even went to the trouble of preparing a graphic for his sound bite question. Who does he think pays his salary?

Help me if I'm wrong on this, but Rand Paul is the former unlicensed eye doctor, right?

Hmmm, lets see whom do I trust to know more on pathogen based illnesses? Rand Paul or the overwhelming consensus of the scientific and medical experts of the world who study the subject. Yeah, this is a toughie alright.

It's sort of like having your transmission catastrophically fail on your can and thinking it's best to get advice about it from the teen girl that serves ice cream at the Dairy Queen instead of a Formula 1 technician that specializes in building transmissions.

In the same vein i have a Sister-in-Law who sadly has a son with Autism. But for reasons known only to herself she has decided that Jenny McCarthy(former Playmate and general annoyance) is her medical voice of reason. She clamed vaccines were the cause of it and despite many years of research say, no it's not, she still believes. She has done al she can to get my daughters not to vaccinate My Grandsons. So this type of stupidity has a long history.

That's the kind of language that bothers me. Fauci has been a part of, and funding through, several administrations of both parties. But I guess that makes him part of "The Swamp" con.
