Pizza delivery man Brian Wells just before his explosive collar blew up and ****** him. Wells was allegedly locked into a bombing device by a stranger and ordered to rob a bank branch outside Erie, Pa., Aug. 28, 2003. When he was detained by state police following the robbery, the bomb exploded, ******* him instantly.
