Probably a stupid question, but here goes -

Team Skeet really seems to stand out for finding the greatest hot, fresh, new young talent, but how important is the age of the girl in determining whether or not you shoot? Is there are upper age limit in terms of new girls you'd look at featuring, or do you subscribe to "regardless of age, hot is hot" ?

How do you choose the girls you want to work with? Do you have an idea in advance who you want to work with when you are planning a scene and then call their agent to book them or do you call an agent in advance and just ask for some certain type of girl?

Explained this a bit in a previous answer; We go thrru a few avenues for fresh talent. Since we shooting a ton these days, agents know what we are looking for and will drop us a note on who is available.
