Evan Stone/Katsumi movie

I saw an Evan Stone stone movie where he is talking to Katsumi in black and white(I think) and he cant understand her because of her accent, its really funny. I cant remember the movie or find the scene. IAFD even says they never worked together in their pairing search, which I find hard to believe. Really funny scene, I'd appreciate the help.
