Why save the world, when you can rule it?
European officials are to visit Dublin as talks about giving the Irish some cash continue.
The Paddy government has previously turned down offers of cash, presumably on the basis that it makes them poorer in the long term.

Surely it should be the governments right to choose wether it gets cash or not? After all, they don't want to end up like the slave-country Africa; perfectly capable of looking after itself if only the debt would be cancelled - except the debt will never be cancelled because the payments from it make us in the West rich!
Far from helping Africa, we live off her and it would be understandable if oirland didn't wish to go the way of Africa.
After all, the leprechaun government will surely be wary of this package and of allowing it's economy to be controlled after what befell Greece and the prospect of having an assisted Greece and an independant ****** Ted-land to compare the results of wether a bail-out helps in an experimental situation is surely tempting to teach the Euro-zone how to best look after itself - if that is indeed what is considered most important...
