So I recently paid for a subscription to Private School Jewel's website and discovered shortly after the service is handled through Epoch. Naturally, I couldn't log in after a reasonable amount of time (10 minutes or so) when supposedly it was supposed to work immediately.
After searching through Google I found / read enough that I immediately get on their website and request to cancel the subscription. I contact their billing department via email and request a refund for the charge that went through and note that after an hour later I am still unable to access what I paid for.
Yeah. They tell me they can't process refunds via billing support. WTF? This is the email address for their support service no?
I shot an email back to them stating that my request for a refund via email was perfectly valid and I don't see why they cannot address this via email (instead of livechat or calling in, both of which I cannot do nor will I waste phone minutes on their problem).
Any advice on this one? Think I should just contact my CC and let them know about the problem? Anyone have similar problems with them in the past?
