I have tried the "hosts" file method, I can block "www." versions of sites, but "https:/" versions still load.
Any thoughts or ideas that don't involve parental controls (no ******** near the PC) or third party software?
The below will block the "www." version, but not the "https:/".
# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
127.0.0.1 Premium Link Upgrade
127.0.0.1 Premium Link Upgrade
127.0.0.1 Premium Link Upgrade
127.0.0.1 Premium Link Upgrade
That is just one site that's on the block list.
Any thoughts, ideas or downright perfect solutions would be greatly appreciated.
