Dutch justice system now officially useless.

Last week a 17yr old boy and two others were seen breaking into a house. One of the alarmed neighbourhood residents called the police wich arrived on the scene a few minutes later. The police caught the trio red handed and they made a run for it. The police pursued them and one of the officers fired a warning shot in the air after wich they were able to apprehend the 17yr old boy, the two other boys got away. The boy was led in front of a judge and you would think that's the end of it seeing how the boy was caught red handed. The judge however thought otherwise and set the young criminal free. Why you may ask? The judge was of the opinion that firing a warning shot in the air was use of excessive *****. The officer who fired the warning shot wasn't reprimanded or anything like that, no, the criminal was set free. In doing so the judge sent a clear signal wich is already widely known in the Netherlands, the justice system only serves the interests of criminals. After this it is now official, the Dutch justice system is completely and utterly useless :(

I love the Dutch and the Netherlands, but they've been corrupted over the past 60 years by perverts and nutcases.

(NewsCore) - A 12-year-old Dutch girl gave birth while on a school trip, sparking a police search Wednesday for the ****** of the *****.

****** members said that the schoolgirl's ****** previously sexually ****** another older ******** and served two years in jail for the sex crime, according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.

The girl was living with her ****** and ******* after he won custody following a divorce from their ******, who was originally from Suriname, a former Dutch colony in South America.

The U.S. justice system is just as fuckin worthless. Though at least here you can get away with ******. OJ and Casey Anthony both proved that! One was rich, one wasn't, and they both walked.

type in " falsely convicted" and see how many hits you get.
A-LOT.

Crooked police, judges and prosecuters, , bad police, judges and prosecuters, inept police, judges and prosecuters plus stupid jurors have put so many innocent people in prison.........its really bad, stealing someones life.

I saw a documentary on this guy.
He actually proved his innocence plus figured out who the killer was from his jail cell.
Not only was the evidence against him was non existent plus there was plenty of proof that it was not him.
But the prosecuter wanted another conviction.

Half way through video:

Good for the judge, he did the right thing! It's never alright to shoot bullets in the air, they will fall to the ground somewhere. It's not alright to threaten lethal ***** for less than serious felonies.

In doing so the judge sent a clear signal, the police should behave professionally!

See, had he been a proper cop (and not some wimpy liberal Euro Barbie cop), he'd have had a drop piece. This enables the following.

1. Shooting the suspect dead. Much less paperwork, noone to challenge your version of events in court, much less running involved.
2. Plant drop piece on suspect, thus providing irrefutable proof of a justified shooting
3. Go on fully paid sick leave for a year due to job related trauma for having to shoot a suspect
4. Get highly paid moonlighting job in private security for that year.

The Dutch need to get a few of their boys over to LA for some real police training in how it's done.

1) It's usually called a backup or hideout piece, O.C. Mine's actually small enough to fit in my back pocket or an over-sized handcuff case. You'd be amazed at the amount of work and reports an officer involved shooting requires.

2) I can't fault your logic there.

3) Two weeks. PTSD isn't aplicable.

4) Security officers are highly paid? When did that happen?

hummmm..they turn aloose a 17 yo ***..they are corrupt..wonder if they are saying can you believe in america they are setting killers free...prison full of people that never hurt anyone...no room for people that should actually be there our sytem needs to be completly scratched and started over it is a corrupt mess today im ashamed to be american in america who you are and what kind of money you got depends on what kind of trial you get this has got to be one of the most corrupt justice systems in the world

Only two weeks? That sucks.

I was thinking more along the lines of CP, rather than 'Paul Blart Mall Cop' kinda security.

Please don't shoot me. :D
