A Spring Arbor Township man found his ******'s garage in disarray, sending his dog in to investigate.
The dog returned with the culprit, a dead raccoon.
The Jackson Citizen Report is reporting that Seth ****** now faces a charge of ****** cruelty, punishable by a maximum of 90 days in jail, and a $500 fine.
Two teenage boys in the ****** who filmed the dog's actions with a cell phone are also being charged.
A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 25 in Jackson County District Court.
Coincidentially, the ****** owns a wildlife control company.
I don't know about you but all the dog knew is someone broke into his home with a bandit's mask on.:dunno:
