I don't know if it helps, but the picture is normally an ad for sites like exgfs and idigteens. It is popular for the "young teens" sites. Also after lookig at the 2 girls you linked me to I haven't found them in that picture or anything that looks similar. Thanks everyone though. Hopefully somebody has figured it out because I have been looking for about 5 months now.

Its nothing more than a "cum shopped" pic of two random civilians. I think you are gonna be SOL unless someone out there actually recognizes her/them.
They definitely are not girls in the "biz".
