China is the only one opposing the move for obvious reasons. America & France are totally rooting for India as it is a very strategic ally for them in AF-Pak.
As a side note : American diplomacy has been very delicate ,it does not want to offend Pakistan by condemning its role in 26/11 attacks in Mumbai but at the same time wants to appease India as it sees it as a economic superpower of the 21st century in terms of demands for it products. I feel America needs to stand up to its might and call a spade a spade as far as Pakistan and its state sponsored terrorism goes. And by that i mean not pumping in aid which it feels is being used in Afghanistan. Thats a touch naive TBVH.
