My opinion in the past was that I did not like it.

I had the opportunity to work with girl who has become a good friend of mine who is completely unshaven. I have to tell you that I do find it feminine and sexy on her.

I'm not sure I'm ready to go that route, but I now find it sexy on women.

Scotti Andrews is a great example. Especially that pictures of her where she did not wax her arms as well.

Someone posted that hair has not business being on a women except for her scalp. (paraphrased by me) I'm sure that you mean that this is your opinion. Otherwise, I'm a bit offended by the attitude. (Not that I think you care, nor do I assume you should care - just my opinion)
