[SOLVED] Do you know this model's name?

Hello dear forum members,

i just happened to stumble over this pic on a friend's old HDD...do you have any idea who she is?
The pic contains a mark showing that it belongs to the playboy universe but the filename doesn't contain any useful information like vv, pm, pmoy or the like. It's just "oakfhaadg.jpg" and that doesn't help me.
Any ideas?
