Do you find that those in charge shouldn't be?

as in they're fucking clueless or stuck decades in the past?

I'm talking personal experience, not necessarily politics, though it certainly applies.

All I know is I'm glad they're not leading me in some war where my life literally depended on their judgment, cause I'd have to frag their ass.
