Do football players earn to much

Do you think football players earn to much ?
Should there wages be capped ?
Do they earn enough with their sponsorship deals an P.A. money ?

This topic is an on going debate in football at the moment with even the top clubs in the world now saying they earn to much.
I personally think they are earning to much as clubs are stuggling to keep in business. Not naming names but there are even players who have been playing their whole careers in the lower league's making at least a million now.In the last 10 years wages have gone out of control the have premiership wage was 6000 pounds then now it's 40000 pounds. In Italy,Germany and Spain it's the same story.
On top of these massive wages they earn large amounts on P.A. and sponsorship deals.Because of this I think their wages should be capped as these other deals make most players plenty of money.
In the past 10 years I've seen players making themselves very rich by never playing in the first team at my club.Just because they are there not even trying to improve as a player because there already picking up a big wage at the club. This instead of trying to get in the first team and making a name for themselves to get big sponsorship and P.A. deals.Wouldn't this be better for football all round ?
