I bought this last year, and all of a sudden it stopped working. I can't get it to play on my PC or my DVD player. After the intro , I cant even access the main menu. All my other Virtual sex DVD's work fine, anyone have any suggestions on what's wrong? I checked and there are no scratches or anything on the disc... :dunno:

I have the same problem w/ one of my DVD's (though it's not in the virtual sex series)..I think it's just b/c of bad production on the part of the makers of the disk..

Regarding scratches--polish,polish and polish again. Sometimes small pits exist.Oh.....can't you play the DVD on your computer?? You can open individual ".vob" files, then play.

Nope, tried opening the individual files. Nothing happened. The other 3 I have work fine though. Go figure...

Maybe you should purchase a device called Disk Doctor. What it does is remove a small layer of the actual CD/DVD. I have had alot of luck with my DVD's that wouldn't work after running them thru this machine. EBGames, Staples, and most other electronic stores sell them, they cost about 20 bucks. Which is cheap considering what DVD/CD's cost to replace them.

Yeah, I had a massive scratch on Madden 2005 (nephew knocked over PS2 while I was playing!). Used the Game Doctor and it looks like new.

I have the same problem with a different DVD as well. I went to take it back and was told that it was a dud, and that something like 1 in every 1000 come out like that. Not sure if that helps but I've definately had the problem.
