Dayton police "mistook" a mentally handicapped teenager's speech impediment for "disrespect," so they Tasered, pepper-sprayed and beat him and called for backup from "upward of 20 police officers" after the boy rode his bicycle home to ask his ****** for help, the boy's *** says.

And people wonder why cops are being hated even more these days? George Carlin was right when he said there should be 2 new requirements for being on the police: intelligence and decency. You never can tell, it might just work. It certainly hasn't been tried yet.
