LOL It's only taken her 8 months after the 'incidents' to make these allegations, maybe she flirted with him to get a 'role' and come out with all this shit when she realised he was lying to her. What's with all this suing culture, just sounds like 2 adults flirting having a bit of consensual fun, the only person he needs to answer to is his wife!

I actually don't believe a word she says. Forget the fact that she waited so long to file a lawsuit.

Where is the police report?
Why go to Gloria "fucking" Allred instead of the police?
Why go into his trailer after the car incident?
Why try to continue to try have a role on Bones when David never delivered on his "promise"?

We already know David is no Angel because he admitted that he cheated on his wife and I think the answer to the lawsuit is in the last question. Apparently David told her he would try to get her onto the show and never delivered. Case Closed!

If they are true the mistresses should be outcasts to society and the celebrity should be put in whatever dog house the wife decides to leave them with in the divorce settlement; if they decide a divorce, that is.

Either way this is personal business and the mistresses are only getting popular by this and the stars seem to not be affected at all by it, in fact, they continue on as if nothing ever happened. Thing is, is this what journalism is reduced to?

Didn't the guy who played Desmond on Lost get sued for sexual harassment... after the woman didn't get picked up for a regular part on the show?

I have a review coming up early next year. If I don't get the raise I'm expecting, I may need Gloria's help with a sexual harassment suit. On more than one occasion, I feel certain that the VP of Operations has undressed me with his eyes. Until you experience something like that, you just don't know what it's like to work in that kind of hostile work environment. So either I get a fat raise or I expect justice to be served. Well, fuck justice... I want a check!!!
