Three lullabies in an ancient tongue
I can't believe no one has put this up yet. Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and Monday Night Football broadcasting legend "Dandy Don" Meredith ****** away yesterday from a brain hemorrhage. I can still see him in the Ice Bowl against Lombardi's Packers in 1967 (13 degrees below zero!) for the NFL Championship (they lost). He was even more visible as an original icon of Monday Night Football opposite Frank Gifford and Howard Cosell. They were without a doubt the greatest trio that ever occupied the booth.
RIP Don...."Turn out the lights....the party's over!!!". You'll be missed. :clap: 72 is WAY too young to die.
