Congrats Jon Stewart! It's great to see that Jay Leno was dethroned from the #1 spot. I wish Coco made a comeback. :glugglug:

Comedy Central's The Daily Show just made some ratings history.

Jon Stewart's series just became the first late-night talk show since at least a decade ago to rank #1 in the adult demo for a full month average other than The Late Show or The Tonight Show.

Gotta love ratings manipulations. Jay Leno's Tonight Show starts at 11:35 PM. The Daily Show ends at 11:30.

I'm a fan of The Daily Show (tho' Olivia Munn is fucking awful) and hate Leno, but these ratings aren't exactly truthful. You could use the same data to conclude that ABC's America's Funniest Videos beats Mad Men.

When two things don't compete, neither can "beat" the other.
