It is interesting Africa is not on the list because most of the sub-saharan africa have high teen birth rate and sex at young age . I guess they did not poll those countries or they have high teen birth rate and sex at young age but not that sexually active.

Yap the conservative cities mostly white people !! The cities with large blacks or latinos in US do not even make it on the list !!
