I never got it because everyone defines "young" as different for a guy. Some guys may be old by age (22+) but look youthful as hell yet I have seen guys who were 21 years old that were balding and had wrinkly skin.
How young does the guy an older woman is chasing have to be for her to be seen as a "cougar" versus just being a random woman going for a random guy?
