He'll be in Rikers Island. However ....

Trump is supposed to be part Swedish right? He claims to be anyway. That's apparently one of his so called lineal traits ....

Even if ahole Trump is found guilty on all charges, he will only have to pay a fine and possibly "house arrest" for a few months at his 126 room Mar-a-Lago resort for aholes.

Put him here. Near the Canadian border.

The prison and the town are both named Dannemorra. Named after the Swedish mining town.

The Clinton facility. That's very appropriate! (Being that how he really despises Hillary and Bill all so much.) :p

Ironically, that's not too far from Roxham. How awesome would it be to see him break out of the prison and try to illegally enter Canada?

Always a great recap of the legal implications

I didn't know the part about him looking to stiff Daniels. That's just hilarious.

Was at an interesting presentation where it was mentioned that absurd as Jan 6 might seem, it actually was effective, if political power was the only goal for trunp. If Jan 6 didn't happen, he would not be in the running, or even considered by the GOP for the nom at all. That said, if he had just faded into obscurity, he probably wouldn't be facing prosecution either, and could just be enjoying his presidential pension right now.

Those speaking engagements too. Who's gonna book that crap now? Who wants the association?

He really could have had the high life by taking the loss and then laying low in Florida. If he was staying out of the spotlight, the dems wouldn't want to give him ammunition by prosecuting him. If had the "rally" itch, he could have probably sold out a couple speaking engagements to trumpers even now and then.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Former_Presidents_Act
Former presidents receive a pension equal to the salary of a Cabinet secretary (Executive Level I); as of 2020, it was $219,200 per year and since January 2022, $226,300. The pension begins immediately after a president's departure from office.
Almost a quarter of million/yr for just 4 years "work". He still gets his own private office/staff, medicare and security.
