If he shot him in the back as he was running away, it's not a justified shooting, legally.

But it was justified as far as I'm concerned. Just think of it as an umpteenth trimester abortion. Frame it that way. One less of them on the streets committing crime.

That's the argument for abortion at least for one segment of the population right?
