hi there all, Had a little bit of trouble with the old computer :crash: I installed a version of Norton Antivirus yesterday and loaded it all up and when it go to the updates page, it has not uploaded and i though that this is me incorrectly setting it up (even though passwords etc were fine).
I uninstalled the software and rebooted and now i cannot log into windows. I cannot pass the the blue screen (you know User: The Married , password _ _ _ ), I have never put a password onto the computer and i can specificially remember turning it on earlier in the day without this request.
As I bought the comp from a mate, i have no idea on what this problem is
and if anyone knows how to get around the login i would be most appreciated, Just fyi - i cannot log in at all so i cannot use start + run, I cannot bypass by using safe mode (admin password requested which again is not set up). and I have NO floppy disc drive..
have i just got a lump to go on the fire??? (hope not as its got a pent 3.2 with 1gb ram, a radeon x800xt sapphire and all the other bells and whistles).
