Exactly! I've been researching for the past hour and some seem to think it might be this other girl, though she has way more tattoos and the arm one doesn't quite match.

Oddly enough no one knows HER name either. I even found another Freeones thread about it, but it's wrong. It says "Mallory Knoxxx" but she's a white girl with smaller boobs. It also mentions Mariah Milano who also looks different. Still stumped!

For what it's worth, the girl in the link has "No Regrets" tattooed on her stomach and "Miss"/"You" across her two arms. Face looks REALLY close to the .gif girl but she has way more tats.
