If Mayor Gavin Newsom is serious about tightening up San Francisco's sanctuary laws, he might want to take a look at the case of Marco Martinez - a 26-year-old ******* immigrant from El Salvador who has been arrested by police five times in the past year and a half for allegedly selling crack ******* but has never wound up in the feds' hands.

According to police records, Martinez first appeared on the radar here Oct. 6, 2006, when he sold crack to an undercover officer in United Nations Plaza. He was booked into jail, but quickly posted $35,000 bail and was released - long before the Sheriff's Department said it could conduct a background check to determine if the federal immigration officials should be notified.

Ten days later, Martinez was picked up again for selling crack to an undercover officer - this time at

it's amazing that someone was able to side-step the law so much.

you hear about people getting 20 years for a first offense, not to mention a half dozen or so tazer shots for no real reason.

Couldnt this be any American? but just because he's from El Salvador this makes the news, immigration is what made your country great, why focus on a few bad apples when so much good is being done!
 
If I remember this correctly this guy was a client of a friend of mine from college. You know, I'm actually amazed at the police presence in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area, but that ***** still seem to run rampant.

What they NEED to do is bring in Kevin Costner and Sean Connery to clean up all the corruption! ;)

or.. spread the wealth around. **** money doesnt need to stagnate in empty apartments and overseas accounts. I could use some'a that cash! :)

There aren't many untouchables never was.Become a cop and you can get some of that nice **** profits.It don't all leave the country ,there are plenty of pay offs to be had!:thumbsup:

Thats one of the major factors as it was during prohibition that it wll never be stopped.To much money and graft involved.
